SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
General Order Processing Notes
All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 48 hours (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods. Most days if you order by 12pm we do our best to ship same day (though this is dependent on Aus Post collections)
Should you have personalised any product please allow an extra 72 hours. We
understand how excited you are to receive your product, so will always do our best to get it out to you as quickly as possible!
By placing an order with towelsociety.com.au you are agreeing to your parcel being left at a safe location at your postal address, should there be no one to receive your order.
For best security, we recommend that our customers use a business address where possible.
We take no responsibility for lost or stolen orders if tracking numbers are provided - we will of course work with you and Australia Post to solve any issues.
Shipping Costs
Australia:
Free Standard Shipping for orders over $140 inc GST across Australia.
Australian orders less than $140 inc GST, will be charged a flat rate Standard Shipping charge of $12.95.
Express Shipping is available for $22.95 inc GST. Larger orders calculated on weight
New Zealand:
New Zealand orders are calculated by total order weight. The shipping charge will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.
Australian Delivery Times
- Regular Shipping
Estimated delivery is 3-11 business days, state dependent. Delivery estimates are subject to Australia Post shipping times and are not guaranteed by Australia Post.
- Express Shipping
Express Shipping can be selected on your order at check out. Please note this is applicable for Australian orders only.
Estimated delivery is 1-6 business days, state dependent.Delivery estimates are subject to Australia Post shipping times and are not guaranteed by Australia Post.
Please additionally note that, since COVID-19 and associated delays, Australia Post have suspended their Express next-business-day guarantee for all areas.
New Zealand Delivery Times
New Zealand Parcels are sent bulk air freight - North Island transit 2-3 weeks and South Island 3-4 weeks. (It is usually much quicker than this though!)
Please note that Express Shipping is not available for New Zealand orders.
Split Shipments – not available
Please note that we are unable to offer split orders or send items on the same order out separately.
**For Pre Orders, please note that this means that any in-stock items ordered with pre-order items will be held until the pre-order item/s are available and will then be shipped together. Please keep this in mind when placing you order.
International Shipping
We supply Towel Society products across Australia and New Zealand only. Please refer to www.towelsociety.com.au for distributors in other countries.
