Due to embroidery setup and stitch count, we require a minimum of 4 towels per custom logo to proceed.

How long will my order take?

Standard Embroidery: We will have your product in the post within 24-48 hours.

Digitised Logo Embroidery: Once we have your paid order and file, we can have these in the post within 3 -4 business days. Peak periods like Christmas and occasionally bulk orders may delay this - though we will always advise a lead time when you place your order.

Why is there a minimum order of four for Digitised Logo designs?

There is no minimum order for the Standard Embroidery option.

The minimum of four for the Digitised Logo Embroidery option is due to time and cost of the digitising and also presents better as a pair.

What are the embroidery dimensions?

Standard Embroidery dimensions: between 30-40mm high and up to 100mm long.

Digitised Logo Embroidery dimensions: the general dimensions are 88mm high x 170mm long, though this could vary depending on the shape of your design.

The embroidery dimensions are usually designed to fit within the headrest area of the Car Seat Towel. This allows your design/logo to be displayed whilst in your vehicle. It’s a great way to use corporate branding or advertise your business.

Can I get any image customised?

No. Sadly, if images are too detailed they do not embroider well on the pile of the towel. Faces and pictures are unable to be completed due to this. Logos, Business names and Icons/Brands work best.

How do I submit my logo for design?

Prior to placing your order, please email your design (in JPG or PNG file) to info@towelsociety.com.au, please include what colour towel is your preference also. We can let you know if for some reason the design may not be suitable or if the towel colour may not work with the design.
